While we are already recognized for our 
know-how and our products, our technical advice 
or our commercial responsiveness, 
Despite the unprecedented health and economic crisis 
that we are going through, ADIAL has the deep desire to continue 
its development in order toprepare to face these difficulties, 
demonstrate our adaptability and responsiveness while remaining attentive 
to our customers or to develop new markets and outlets. Our company, with a workforce of 30 today,
wishes to remain daring. It is considering a substantial investment plan for the South-Vienne territory 
where we have been established since 2000. This ambitious investment project will be spread over 3 years. 
It should strengthen us to promote our resilience to this crisis, support the company to demonstrate and 
boost our competitiveness towards new markets and outlets. It must also adapt and modernize our 
production facilities while improving our environmental performance, developing sustainable employment 
in the region through new recruitments. Employment and training will not be left out with the development 
of the skills of our teams by ensuring the transmission of knowledge. This should demonstrate our 
technical expertise to our customers by increasing our R&D work and our partnerships. 
This project has captured the full attention of the state which has selected ADIAL to be the winner of 
the call for projects "AAP Recovery plan for industry - Aeronautics" to accompany us and accelerate the 
realization of this project. This multi-partner support will benefit from the participation of the state, 
the BPI and regional and local institutions that we would like to thank for this trust. 
The entire ADIAL team is very proud to announce now the launch of this vast project "ADIAL 2021-2024" 
with the first works which have already been carried out during this summer of 2021.
